Yoga for pain relief (Spandana Yoga therapy&Myofascial Release)

You wake up each morning with stiff(or painful body) muscles and tiredness. You are juggling between multiple tasks; there is no time to stretch. Life is overwhelming.

Imagine after class, your body& muscles are softened, your mind is calm, and you feel energized. Also, your bodily pain is feeling much better.

This 75 minutes class is all about softening your tight muscles and relaxing your mind. We will move slowly and gently.

I designed a unique formula that uses different techniques, including spandana yoga therapy, myofascial release, and traditional yoga, to calm your nervous system, relax your muscles and create a deep sense of relaxation.

Spandana is a yoga therapy technique that uses rocking movements to free up bound tissue and addresses areas that hold tension, such as the hip, shoulders, back, and neck.

It is safe if you are dealing with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, arthritis, depression, and postnatal.
