Pain-Free Living Yoga Solution Program via Zoom

It’s an 8-week program where we will work together and meet via Zoom. Private sessions mean it’s all about you.

My approach is unique by using different methods, such as basic yoga, spanda technique, myofascial release,self-massage, and body movement, for faster and more prolonged results. I will tailor all the exercises to your needs and make our session enjoyable and rewarding. I will be there for you to coach you through and give you the best feedback to become pain-free. 

Most importantly, end of the program, you'll leave with the tools you need to continue creating your pain-free lifestyle.

Pain-Free Living Yoga&Massage Solution Program In Person

It's an eight-week program we will work together in person. I can come to you, or you can come to me. You can also have the option to do the yoga part via Zoom and do the massage in person. Yoga and massage work well together.

I will tailor all the exercises to your needs and make our sessions enjoyable and rewarding. My approach is unique by using different methods, such as basic yoga, spanda technique, myofascial release,self-massage, and body movement, for faster and more prolonged results. We can decide which type of massage therapy is the best for your problem. (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial-release.)

During our program, I will coach you and give you the best feedback to become pain-free.

Most importantly, end of our eight weeks, you'll leave with the tools you need to continue creating your pain-free lifestyle.

As a former two-time Olympic gymnast, I understand the struggles one may feel with various bodily pains. The sport of gymnastics can be quite hard on the body, and throughout my professional years, I had my fair share of injuries.  

I have been a gymnastics coach and a choreographer for over 25 years, which can also take a toll physically on the body. Repetitive spotting and holding of the gymnasts combined with dancing and demonstrating skills can quickly lead to various aches and pains.

.By combining my experience as a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and former professional gymnast, I empower you with the tools you need to become pain-free and reopen the door to a vibrant life full of possibilities.
