Together we'll improve flexibility, mobility, posture, balance, and body awareness while releasing unnecessary muscle tension and stiffness.

Many women with chronic pain develop muscle imbalances over time. The core, hips, back, and pelvic floor often become weaker while other muscles work overtime to protect the body.
That's why we don't simply stretch.

Why I Created The Yoga Bliss Method
I know how frustrating chronic pain can be because I've lived through it myself.
As a former two-time Olympic gymnast, I spent most of my life training at the highest level. Injuries were simply part of the sport.
Years later, I found myself struggling with chronic back pain and body stiffness.
I tried to push through it.
I thought exercising harder would fix it.
Instead, my body became tighter, more painful, and exhausted.
Everything changed when I discovered a different approach.
I learned to slow down.
To breathe.
To calm my nervous system.
To move in a way that helped my body feel safe instead of threatened.
As my pain started to improve, I realized recovery wasn't about one exercise or one treatment.
It was about helping the whole body work together again.
That experience changed my life.
It also changed the way I help my clients.
Today, I combine therapeutic yoga, nervous system regulation, strength training, mobility, fascia release, and—for local clients—therapeutic massage to create a personalized recovery plan for every woman I work with.

What if I'm in a lot of pain?

How long does it take to start feeling better?
Every woman is different, so recovery looks different for each of us.
Some of my clients notice less pain, less stiffness, and more ease of movement within the first few weeks. For others, it takes a little longer, especially if they've been living with chronic pain for many years.

Why isn't stretching alone enough for chronic back pain?
Many women believe they simply need to stretch more, but chronic back pain is often caused by a combination of muscle imbalances, weakness, poor movement patterns, stress, and an overactive nervous system.
That's why The Yoga Bliss Method goes beyond stretching. We combine therapeutic yoga, strength training, mobility, nervous system regulation, and personalized guidance to help you create lasting change—not just temporary relief.
I've had surgery. Can I still join?
If you've recently had surgery or have a medical condition, please speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program. During your discovery call, we'll also discuss whether The Yoga Bliss Method is the right fit for you.
How much time will I need between sessions?
Most clients spend 10–20 minutes a day practicing their personalized exercises. The goal isn't to spend hours exercising—it's to be consistent.
I don't live in Norway. Can we still work together?
Absolutely. Women from different countries have successfully completed The Yoga Bliss Method through personalized Zoom coaching.
Where is Yoga Bliss Plus available?
Yoga Bliss Plus is available for women in Oslo, Bekkestua, Fornebu, Ski, Siggerud, and surrounding areas. You can visit me in my home studio in Siggerud, or I can come to your home.
